To family and friends of Ethel Smith.
Ethel Smith was my aunt. My father, the late (and great!) Irving Snyder, was her brother, who passed away December 31, 2000.
I am an active duty naval officer stationed in Italy. I regret that I will not be able to attend, but I believe my sister, Julie Sherwood and our mother, Joyce M. Snyder, Irving's wife, will visit. I will send an email to cousin Jerome Navis and plan on writing to my Aunt Ceil.
Although I have not seen Aunt Ethel in a number of years, I remember as a child her sense of humor and bright red hair, which my sister, Julie and I, are blessed to have, thanks to all the Snyder sisters, our aunts. Here's to beautiful redheads!
