Brighton: December 20, 2008. Predeceased by husband, Meyer; son, William and sisters, Ceal Braff and Jeanette Lebowitz . Survived by her son, Jack Forman; sister, Ethel Saperstone; granddaughters, Emily Forman and Jennifer Cleary; nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30PM on Sunday, December 21st in the Rabbi Abraham Solomon Chapel at Temple Beth El, 139 Winton Road S. Burial will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions preferred to Temple Beth El Library Fund or Hadassah. Shiva will be observed at the Jewish Home of Rochester, 2021 Winton Road S., Brighton on Sunday from 3 to 5 PM. We have been amazed at the loving and respectful relationship that Jack had with his mother up through her 100 years. He has maintained a close relationship though they were across the country from one another. How he will miss her. Sharing tears and condolences with Jack and family.
