Survived by wife, Molly; daughters, Ilene Kozel (Candy Kramer) and Barbara Kozel; grandchildren, Jayme, Benjamin & Ariel; step daughter, Amy Birkenes; step grandchildren, Katie & Molly Birkenes; step grandchildren, Allison, Adam, Robert, Brian and Lindsay; brother-in-law, Leo Cohen; sister-in-law, Ellie Kozel.
Funeral Services will be held at 4 PM on Sunday, September 14th in the Sanctuary of Temple Beth El, 139 Winton Rd. S. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Jewish Community Center of Rochester or Alzheimer’s Disease Care, 435 E. Henrietta Rd., Rochester 14620. Shiva will observed at 245 Vernon Place, Brighton on Sunday from 7-9PM, Monday & Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9PM.

Molly, I just heard of Bernie's passing and I am so sorry. The two of you were so happy in the times we were together. You really helped him live well.
